Picturing the system is about Conrad Atkinson's work between 1970 and 1981. During these years he has concentrated on such issues as industrial disease, the multinationals, the conflict in Northern Ireland, war, nuclear power, exploitation on the third world, racism and poverty. Conrad Atkinson was born in West Cumbria and is now working in Londen.
