The mki is a non-profit organisation aimed at providing information and education in the field of health care. mki makes a real difference and that's why a percentage of the proceeds of this book will go to support its valuable work. Patricia Steur's insightful photography has been featured at several key national and international exhibitions and she has published a number of critically acclaimed books of her art. In 2005, she was the recipient of The Netherlands' prestigious 'Grote Paul' photography award, named after the legendary Dutch photographer Paul Huf.
