This simple publisher's binding was meant as a temporary binding, but in this case it was never bound to the owner's preference. In the back there is a page with the titles of volume 1 and 2. Presumably, the bookbinder could use these printed titles as titleplates on the spine. xvi+646 pp., uncut pages, some waterstains and some folded corners, some damage to the paper covering the spine, but the construction is still solid as it was sewn on parchment strips. l Volume 2 (of 2).
