= The Polisario Front, Frente Polisario, FRELISARIO or simply POLISARIO, from the Spanish abbreviation of Frente Popular de Liberación de Saguía el Hamra y Río de Oro (Popular Front for the Liberation of Saguia el-Hamra and Río de Oro), (in Arabic: ?????? ??????? ?????? ??????? ??????? ????? ?????, romanized: al-Jabhah al-Sha?biyah Li-Ta?rir as-Saqiyah al-?amra? wa Wadi al-Dhahab, in French: Front populaire de libération de la Seguia el Hamra et du Rio de Oro), is a rebel Sahrawi nationalist liberation movement claiming Western Sahara. The Organization of Solidarity with the People of Asia, Africa and Latin America (Organizacion de Solidaridad con los Pueblos de Asia, Africa y America Latina), abbreviated as OSPAAAL produced brightly colored propaganda posters promoting their internationalism and socialist causes. Striking political poster depicting a guerrilla wielding a rifle above his head, the Western Sahara flag (charged with a red star and crescent in the center stripe not visible and thus resembling a Palestine flag) waving in the background. Some foxing and slightly creased along edges.
