This is a book of black-and-white photographs by Mojmir Strouhal, taken in the city of Brno in the Czech Republic. There is an introduction by Milena Flodrova and an afterword by Bronislava Gabrielova, both in Czechoslovakian, English, German, and French. All photo captions are also in all four languages.
Strouhal, born in 1929, is known as one of the foremost Czech photographers. Beginning in 1988, he focused mainly on Brno cultural and historical monuments.
