Following a brief introduction to the uprisings and battles which underpin this topic the book focuses on detailing the medals and badges issued and awarded to the men and units of both sides that took part in this little known conflict. Outstanding line drawings of all medals and badges and detailed overviews of each. Considering how little has been published on this topic in english this is certainly a very worth while book to own.

Polish-Silesian insurrectionists, seeking to have the area connected to Polish Republic, fought German police and paramilitary forces which sought to keep the area as part of Germany.
