Mike Hughes is Director of Performance Analysis at the University of Wales Institute, Cardiff. He is also Chair of the International Society of Performance Analysis, and was a National Squad Coach for the England and Wales Squash teams.
Ian M. Franks is Professor of Human Kinetics at the University of British Columbia, Canada. He coached the Canadian international soccer team for two seasons.
