= Arak's was published from N° 1 (25 novembre 1952) - n° 6 (juin 1955) under supervision of the director Mutafian on the 5th, 15th and 25th of each month and from 1955 once a month; in total 92 issues were published. Arak's targets children or youth of the Armenian diaspora in France in their own Armenian language and provides extracts of works by Armenian authors, mostly in the form of comics, such as Hovhannès Toumanian, Avetik Issahakian or hnko Aber, but also fables, songs, poetry and crossword puzzles. It wanted to educate the history of Armenia and the culture of the Armenians principally by using works on Soviet Armenian art and culture. Issue 25 Avril 1954 is devoted to the Armenian genocide in 1915 with 108 circular portraits of Armenians killed(?)The Armenian diaspora in France is quite substantial and till today over 200 Armenian language periodicals have been published in France, the earliest started off in 1855. Very rare, only 1 holding in Europe (Bibliotheque Nationale, Paris) and 4 more in the United States.
