The Christian Church has been so closely interwoven with the course of Western civilization that her history, life and institutions are matters of deep concern not only to those who through Holy Baptism have been admitted to membership in the Body of Christ, but to all who take an intelligent interest in contemporary culture. The present 'Dictionary' has been compiled in order to bring together, in a concise and handy form, as large a body of information as possible directly bearing on the Christian Church. It is addressed to the needs not merely of those whose primary vocation lies in the Christian ministry or in the professional study of theology or church history, nor even only to the general body of professing Christians who seek information about their faith and its growth, but of professing Christians who seek information about faith and its growth, but to the educated public as a whole. For this and other reasons technicalities have been avoided, and it is hoped that throughout the entries are so written as to be immediatly intelligible to the layman. If the 'Dictionary' has any apologetic purpose, it seeks to achieve it solely through the objective persentation of fact.

Boeken worden standaard naar het huisadres gezonden, wilt u liever afhalen bij een parcelshop, dan dit graag bij de bestelling aangeven. Meerdere boeken ineens kopen scheelt verzendkosten.

De verzendkosten naar België bedragen € 7,00 thuisbezorgd.
Verzendkosten naar andere landen zijn op aanvraag.

Retourneren is mogelijk binnen 14 dagen. Retourkosten zijn voor eigen rekening.
