Scharroo", original linen hardcover binding, hinges of spine suffering, written by jonkheer Robert Rudolph Lodewijk de Muralt (1871-1936) who was an engineer and member of parliament. He designed several original constructions for reinforced concrete (Muraltmuren, Muralttrappen) that were used for dikes and other waterworks. Early book on the usage of concrete for waterworks. Scarce.
