A conversational documentary recording Martin Kippenberger's Metro-Net station in Dawson City, Yukon.
Nook is a photographic homage to artist Martin Kippenberger, who conceived of a fictitious subway system that could be used to teleport oneself all over the world and who actually arranged to have several subway “stops” built before his death in 2005. One such subway stop still exists in Dawson City, Yukon, which is where artist Zin Taylor went to photograph structure and its surroundings in minute detail.
