Covers a little age-tanned. Minor stain on headedge. Small crease on frontcover. Backcover in the middle lightly damaged. No inscriptions. A very good copy with some minor rubbing to the edges but generally bright and tight.

This is the first edition/first issue of JCC's book and should not be confused with the second issue, which was published the following year in an almost identical form to accompany his vinyl LP release Snap, Crackle & Bop. (The second printing does not have the title at top right of front cover and is stapled rather than glued.) Extremely scarce.
Contains 12 poems and 22 photos overlaid onto the Cooper and Clarke pages from the telephone book. J. C. C's first book of Poems which includes a few that were later included, in slightly edited and altered versions, in his epic Ten years in an open necked shirt, 1983.
