Tot leeringe en stigtinge aller Christenen toe-gepast. Amsterdam, Joannes Kannewet, [1763], 8vo., full parchment spitsel binding, 246+[4]+52+206 pp., on the outside the parchment binding is in good condition, on the inside there is considerable damage: the hinges are broken and restoration tape has been used to keep a number of pages in place, in the front as well as in the back. Furthermore, the titlepages have damaged corners (reinforced with restoration tape), the bookblock has been cut too close to the printwork creating a very small margin and sometimes loss of letters, woodcut titlepage preceding the typographical titlepage, printer's mark on typographical titlepage (woodcut), woodcut tailpieces, woodcut illustrations throughout the book (one illustration - depicting a mermaid's tail - turns up twice). Each title has it's own titlepage with woodcut illustration.
