Russian Silver. Mid 19th Century- beginning of the 20th Century published in 1994 is a part of a seris albums on Russian decorative metalwork. The illustrations accompanied by an informative text wich fully analizes the artistic and stylistic trends in the Russian silver of this period and describes the prevailing techniques. Also featured are major jewellery firms such as Fabergé, Gubkin, Sazikov, Ovchinnikov, Khlebnikov, Postnikov, Nemirov-Kolodkin, Lorié, etc. All exhibits have been photographed by the permission of the All-Russian Decorative Applied and Folk Art Museum in Moscow, whose collection forms the basis of this album.
