Everyone knows that South Africa is a land of sunshine. Most people know too that its people are kind and hospitable, and that it has a great Game Sanctuary which stretches northward to the Limpopo River. Perhaps, with a little bit of prompting, they might even be able to recall the Mariner's oft-quoted eulogy when first he caught sight of the Cape of Good Hope - "a most stately thing, and the fairest Cape we saw in the whole circumference of the earth..."
But of the grandeur of the mountains, of the rich undulating valleys, of the long whit sandy beaches, of the fine universities, of the tremendous industrial development - of these things they know little or nothing. To them South Africa is still aa very young country - part and parcel of the "Dark Continent".
There is in South Africa an old Banty proverb which says that those who taste the waters of Africa will always return. Three years ago the country cast its enchanting spell over Kurt Karfeld, the finest colour photographer in the world, and now he too has come back to focus his lens on this sunny land so that the peoples of the Old World may learn something of its beauty and of the way of life of its varied inhabitans.

De verzendkosten naar België bedragen € 7,80 thuisbezorgd.
Verzendkosten naar andere landen zijn op aanvraag.
Retourneren is mogelijk binnen 14 dagen. Retourkosten zijn voor eigen rekening.
